LRTC NEWS: Join us in welcoming our new NRE Genset Locomotive! The locomotive is a Tier IV and is the first in California. RPRC will test the locomotive for a year. This locomotive will have signifcantly less emmissions due to the new technology that has been implemented.
LEVIN RICHMOND TERMINAL
Levin Richmond Terminal is a dry bulk cargo marine terminal on the San Francisco Bay in Richmond, CA. The terminal loads and discharges vessels of various types of bulk cargoes including iron ore, steel scrap, petroleum coke, and coal. LRTC and the Richmond Pacific Railroad share the same workforce and work seamlessly together to handle both marine terminal and rail cargo.

The Richmond Pacific Railroad serves Levin Richmond Terminal and the greater Richmond area. The Richmond Pacific Railroad connects directly with the BNSF and the Union Pacific Railroad for all of your rail shipping needs.
